HardwarePOS by GW Tech is a service of GW Holdings Inc., Philippines.

It will cover:

• Who may use the service, and store owner responsibilities for their staff accounts
• Subscription plans, billing through Maya Business, renewals and cancellation
• Store data ownership: each store owns its data; GW Holdings Inc. processes it on the store's behalf (data processing agreement)
• Receipts and invoices: stores remain responsible for their BIR registration and compliance
• Service availability, support, limitation of liability and governing law (Philippines)
